Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC is hiring for an Entry Level Sales role. No experience is required as we offer a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics. You’ll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery while earning competitive first-year compensation.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to meet metrics.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
