Job summary

The role is onsite in Mendota Heights, MN, with competitive pay, a monthly bonus program, PTO, holidays, and a strong benefits package designed to support ongoing development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to continually learn about the company, customers and industry.
• Evidence of high performance in work, school or activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work or community.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work onsite, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems.
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner.

Yearly Pay Range of $52K-$57K paid out hourly. ($25hr to $27/hr) with opportunities for bonus.
