Job summary

Bisco Industries is seeking entry-level sales representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and support to a growing client base, including Fortune 500 firms. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach with opportunities to advance into full sales within 9–12 months.

Join a dynamic team serving diverse industries across the U.S. and Canada, with a training program designed for rapid skill development and career growth in an inside/outside hybrid sales model.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community.
• You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems.
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner.

Yearly Pay Range of $52K-$57K paid out hourly. ($25hr to $27/hr) with opportunities for bonus.
