What you will do

• * Meet with inbound leads (no cold calling) to assess project needs and present design + budget options.
• * Educate customers on the pool construction process, timelines, and design choices.
• * Create and deliver estimates and proposals.
• * Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• * Manage pipeline and track follow-up.
• * Attend occasional trade shows, events or local marketing efforts.

What We're looking for

• * Proven background in sales (construction/home improvement a major plus.
• * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• * Self-motivated with strong organizational habits.
• * Tech-friendly (able to use iPad, DRM, digital drawings, etc.
• * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
