A leading name in the strength equipment industry for nearly 70 years is looking for a Sales Representative to help expand their presence in the UK, working across corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors. ● Salary: £38,000 base + uncapped commission and bonus structure, alongside health insurance and a car allowance.

The Role...

As a Sales Representative for Corporate, Hospitality, and Residential sectors, you will play a key role in the Company's continued growth. Your focus will be on developing relationships and driving sales in these specific sectors, offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. You will work proactively in the field to identify new opportunities, open new accounts, and nurture existing relationships to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  1. Customer Engagement & Account Development:
    • Actively visit and engage with corporate, hospitality, and residential clients to offer the best solutions for their strength training needs.
    • Develop new business accounts and strengthen existing relationships within your network and assigned accounts.
    • Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and provide customised solutions to enhance their business and performance.
    • Maintain a consistent pipeline of quotes and leads to meet sales targets.
  2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Promote the Company's products and solutions, positioning them as the go-to choice for strength training equipment within the corporate, hospitality, and residential markets.
    • Drive revenue and achieve sales targets by proactively closing deals and increasing customer volume.
    • Increase repeat business and loyalty from existing customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
  3. Brand Representation & Networking:
    • Represent the Brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to expand your network and raise brand awareness.
    • Use social media to highlight customer success stories and stay informed on market trends.
    • Continuously develop your network of contacts within the industry to open up new opportunities for the Brand.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the corporate, hospitality, or residential sectors.
  • Passion for Strength Training: You are passionate about strength training and lifting, and are excited about working with high-performance equipment.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating revenue, building client relationships, and achieving sales goals.
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: You are self-motivated, professional, and always looking for ways to grow your customer base.
