Binswanger Enterprises is looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to provide our customers with optimal and efficient service. With 150 years of experience in the construction industry and a long-term commitment to excellence in over 55 locations nationwide, we are seeking a new team member to represent our Care Center. The ideal candidate is organized, sales & service oriented, and exhibits the utmost of integrity at all times.

Job Details

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate responses and exemplary service
  • Prepare quotes for a variety of work orders including residential and commercial glass needs
  • Monitor work order progress, and effectively manage follow up process
  • Understand and use correct product category codes
  • Ensure business is conducted in a manner exhibiting high legal, moral, ethical and professional standards
  • Follow established policies and procedures for daily administrative duties
  • Meet Corporate audit criteria for administrative duties
Qualifications

  • Ability to determine customers needs with each inquiry whether by phone, email, or text
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Capacity for time management and multi-tasking
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of fundamental software
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and enhance skills
