Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a part-time Sales Representative in Bradenton, FL, to support the General Manager by driving new memberships, greeting prospective members, and scheduling Demo Classes. Sales in memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training are encouraged.

Experience with Pilates is a plus but not required; passion for health and wellness is essential. Requires excellent communication, fluent English, and the ability to work up to 8 hours per day.

POSITION

Our Sales Representatives support the General Manager by driving new membership sales, welcoming prospective members into the studio, and scheduling them for Demo Classes. They also play a key role in supporting and retaining our current members. While experience or knowledge in Pilates is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for an energetic individual who is excited to share their passion for health and wellness with our community!

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Must have a passion for health and wellness

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned
