Job summary

LeMaitre Vascular seeks a Sales Representative to sell our products directly to hospitals within an assigned territory. You will represent all activities to achieve monthly and annual gross profit goals, including nurturing relationships and delivering on sales forecasts.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience (medical devices preferred) or equivalent clinical hospital experience, travel 25–50%, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales.

• Proficiency with Internet and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Travel required 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Propose pricing for customer quotes and offers
• Acquire product knowledge to detail and sell company product portfolio
• Attend and learn how to support company products use in the operating theatre
• Develop and maintain relationships with all hospital purchasing contacts through regular visits
• Attend trade shows as required
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within corresponding areas of responsibility
• Manage the sales reporting and the rolling forecast
• Develop and Maintain company customer relations management software program on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to Five years sales experience (medical devices preferred) or at least two years of related clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Internet, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Travel requirement (25-50%)

First year compensation target is $150,000 which includes a $80,000 base salary. This does not include car allowance or any Sales contests. In 2025, our median Sales Rep compensation was $190,000.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including , relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
