Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers and deliver our sales method to secure agreements for remodel products and services.

Roles include following a monthly schedule, conducting ~2 hour appointments, and attending weekly meetings and trainings. This position emphasizes warm leads, no cold-calling, and a path to high earnings through commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred; recent grads welcome from retail/hospitality.
• Must have a smartphone/device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
