West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will serve as the primary contact, delivering our sales Method to close agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. All leads are warm and pre-set, with no cold-calling.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan with company match, and PTO. A valid driver's license and smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or retail sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
