Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule to meet customers at their homes and present product options.
• No cold-calling or lead generation — all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete required post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1-2: Mon-Fri, available 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3-4: Tues-Fri (9:00 AM-7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM-2:00 PM)
