Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD to serve as the primary contact for customers, presenting our remodeling solutions and securing agreements for Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows and Doors.

You will meet clients in their homes, discuss options within their budget, and close sales with post-sale follow-up; schedules rotate, with Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM plus Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary

Key Role Accountabilities:

• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
