West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you meet customers in their homes, present our products, and help them choose options that fit their budgets.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, an annual net sales bonus, and potential first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience; recent grads or those from retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles welcome
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post-sale activity.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
