West Shore Home is looking for an In-Home Sales Representative in the Boston area. You will meet with customers at their homes to present West Shore Home products and close sales, delivering a consultative experience and covering bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual net sales bonus program, with expected first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to connect quickly with customers in-home.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers at their homes to explain products and options.

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule with evenings and weekends.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
