Job summary

Tito's Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix. You will cultivate existing accounts, develop new ones, and use sales data to identify opportunities, while sharing the Tito's story and driving order solicitation.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of sales experience (beverage alcohol preferred), strong presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A valid US driver’s license and legal work status in the USA are required.

Qualifications

2 years sales experience (on premise and beverage alcohol preferred).
Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Knowledge of beverage alcohol market within the territory is a plus.
Strong team player with proven collaboration and communication skills.
Polished sales and presentation abilities.
Able to perform all essential functions with physical capability.
Knowledge of Federal and State alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities

Execute local sales order solicitation efforts to drive sales orders and meet targets.
Develop and maintain sales relationships with broker/distributor teams, retail customers, and new prospects.
Monitor sales order goals and support brokerage teams on strategies.
Conduct sampling activities on and off-premise to drive orders and educate partners.
Set up product displays to drive retail sales orders.
Maintain up-to-date records of contacts, placements, follow-ups, and pricing surveys.

About the Position:

Tito's Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated team player with a passion for sales to join our talented team! The Sales Representative role is responsible for utilizing existing accounts and developing new accounts with the goal of increasing sales, utilizing resources to achieve sales order solicitation plan execution, identifying sales opportunities and other sales order solicitation support activities as necessary. Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert of the Tito's Handmade Vodka brand and be able to enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to customers by sharing the Tito's story and expounding on the virtues of the product.

Job Responsibilities:

Execution of local sales order solicitation efforts addressing opportunities to drive sales orders and deliver company sales order goals.
Develop and maintain sales relationships with broker/distributor team, retail customers and new prospects.
Monitor sales order goals, support brokerage sales teams on sales order solicitation strategies of Tito's Handmade Vodka.
Execution of sampling activity on and off premise to drive sales orders, and educate sales partners on sales order solicitation of our products.
Product display set up to help drive retail sales orders.
Maintain up-to-date records on contacts made, new placements secured, follow up points and competitive pricing and retail surveys to increase sales orders.
Any and all additional activities necessary to support sales order solicitation in the region

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

2 years sales experience, on premise sales and beverage alcohol experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends and sales opportunities
Knowledge of beverage alcohol market within territory a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong team player with proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, foster positive relations, support team members, and achieve shared goals
Polished Sales & Presentation Skills
Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job
Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages
Must have a valid US Driver's License, safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes
21 years of age or older
Legally able to work in USA
