Job summary

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated sales-minded individual to support order solicitation, drive distributor sales, and promote Tito’s story to distributors, retailers, and end consumers. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a strong ability to coordinate with demo agencies and retailers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
• High School diploma or state-issued equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Organized, energetic & proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation for travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales programming geared toward driving additional sales requests for Tito’s products to the distributor and Tito’s, including coordinating with third-party demo agencies, product displays, sampling activity, and cocktail presentations for on- and off-premise retail accounts.
• Execute local sales solicitation strategy and address opportunities to drive sales orders to the distributor and Tito’s.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers of the distributor, including current and prospective Tito’s customers.
• Perform additional activities necessary to support sales solicitation in the region.

About the Position:

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales to join our talented team! This person will support sales order solicitation efforts with the goal of increasing sales orders, identify sales order opportunities, coordinate sales programming geared towards driving additional sales of Tito’s products by the distributor, and handle other sales order solicitation support activities as necessary. Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert of the Tito’s Handmade Vodka brand and enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to distributors, retailers, and end consumers by sharing the Tito’s story and expounding on the virtues of the product for purposes of driving sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales programming geared towards driving additional sales requests forTito’s products made to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s, including coordinating with third-party demo agencies, coordinating sales programming related to product displays, executing sampling activity and cocktail presentations for on- and off-premise retail accounts

• Execution of local sales solicitation strategy and addressing opportunities to drive sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers of the distributor, including those who purchase Tito’s products and those who may in the future purchase Tito’s products

• Any and all additional activities necessary to support sales solicitation in the region

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of retail sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with customers, distributors, and retailers.

• Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages
• High School diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Organized, Energetic & Proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Polished Sales & Communication Skills
• Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have access to reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned territory. Use of a personal vehicle for business travel is required.
