We are looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to help us manage key customer relationships while growing and developing new business. As a Trex Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be the main contact for territory distributor locations, managing the distributor network and prospecting for new accounts. This role is a key member of our Field Sales team.
This position requires 3-5 overnight trips per month within the territory for meetings, trainings, and conferences. A valid driver's license is required.

Proven sales success is essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates with at least 3 years of outside sales experience can apply for the Sales Representative role; those with 5+ years for the Account Manager role. Without a degree, 6+ or 8+ years of experience respectively are required.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, plus potential bonuses based on sales performance. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
