Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an on-site sales professional to conduct 1v1 in-person presentations in Zephyr Cove, NV. You will engage prospects, present luxury offerings, and close deals following company policies and regulatory standards.

Applicants should have 1–3+ years in sales/marketing, be prepared to obtain a CA real estate license within 6 months, and join a fast-paced, high-energy team with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• CA real estate license or ability to obtain within 6 months (we facilitate this).
• College Degree is preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Generate sales utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
• All clients are provided and prequalified by the on-site marketing team.
• No cold calling or prospecting.
