Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers to promote products and achieve sales targets. Use communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s Cricket product line.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.
• Effectively communicate how Cricket products can meet customer requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable products and address concerns.
• Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion.
• Build customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and participate in meeting huddles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
