Job summary

Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Wichita and South Central Kansas market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale.

You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with paid training and strong first-year earnings potential. Top performers can exceed $150,000 annually with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time experience in sales or a goal-driven environment.
• Track record of meeting goals, earning additional responsibility, or producing measurable results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Meet with businesses to understand their current technology, challenges, and goals.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts.
• Manage and grow the ongoing relationships with customers.

Compensation and Training

• Base salary based on experience
• Uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

You will earn your full base salary throughout our training program. Your first month will focus on learning our technology, sales process, and systems while working alongside experienced sales leaders.

What You'll Do

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and appointments you schedule
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout your territory

• Recommend office technology solutions based on each customer's needs
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts
• Continue managing the customer relationships you build
• Maintain consistent follow-up and work toward clear sales goals

Previous B2B sales or technology experience is helpful but not required. A college degree is preferred but not required.
