Job summary

Access Systems is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our Northeast Kansas market from Topeka. You will manage a local territory, engage with owners and decision-makers, and build long-term customer relationships that extend beyond the sale.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for top earners to exceed $150,000 annually. You will learn our technology and sales process during training, with ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or a goal-driven environment.
• Track record of meeting goals, taking on responsibility, or delivering measurable results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
• Able to stay motivated when the first answer is no.
• Owns strong time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities within the territory.
• Meet with businesses to understand their current tech, challenges, and goals.
• Recommend office technology solutions based on customer needs.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts.
• Continue managing and nurturing customer relationships.

Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Northeast Kansas market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale.

Compensation and Training

• Base salary based on experience
• Uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

You will earn your full base salary throughout our training program. Your first month will focus on learning our technology, sales process, and systems while working alongside experienced sales leaders.
