Job summary

Eastern & Central PA is seeking a Sales Rep to join a team of Comfort Advisors to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. You will cultivate and manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments for smooth handoffs, meeting targets, and preparing sales reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Evening and early morning, severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours periodically.
• Will work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold to very hot and humid.
