Floor Coverings International of Chester County is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to build your own book of business within a proven system. You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, identify needs, and guide them from consultation to installation, with company-provided leads and support.

Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 with on-target earnings of $100,000–$120,000, plus PTO, a company car, flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement and training.

Floor Coverings International of Chester County is looking for an experienced sales professional who is ready to take their career beyond the traditional showroom floor.

This is an opportunity to build your own book of business within a proven system, with company-provided leads, a mobile showroom, marketing support, project management, and the tools you need to succeed.

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, help them find the right flooring solution, and guide them through the process from consultation to installation. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own referral network and generate repeat business in your community.
