Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix, part of The Rasmussen Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our commercial and residential customer base and provide outstanding service. You’ll develop relationships, quote projects, and read plans to win bids, while collaborating with operations and dispatch to meet customer needs.

In this role, you’ll read project plans, identify material needs, and provide on-site support and technical assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Construction materials or ready-mix concrete experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read construction plans is preferred.
