Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix in Iowa is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our customer base for commercial and residential concrete projects. You will develop new business, maintain relationships, prepare quotes, and support project bidding while coordinating with operations and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Construction materials or ready-mix concrete experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read construction plans is preferred.
