Syneos Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a driven sales professional to join our pharmaceutical sales team. You will be an integral part of a field-based group, developing and managing an assigned territory and executing client marketing plans using your clinical judgment.

Responsibilities include using sales materials for target audiences, planning activities for consistent coverage, engaging in dialogue with health providers, and providing educational support to physicians and nursing staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Description

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Sales Aptitude
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

• Track record of success with outside sales experience
