Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to identify leads, generate prospects in-office and door-to-door, and own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing a deal.

You will conduct roof inspections, present options to homeowners, and guide clients through insurance claims, while maintaining clear, professional communication in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Bases on door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, roofing experience preferred.
• Experience in SDR/BDR or inside/outside sales a plus.
• Customer service, hospitality or related backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients in insurance discussions.
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claims.

What Youll Do

• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
