Job summary

LeafGuard is seeking a Sales Representative to join our energetic team. You will work with pre-set warm leads (no cold calling) and have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while helping customers protect their homes.

No prior sales experience is required; we value self-motivation, drive, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll receive paid training, weekly direct-deposit pay, and a path for advancement within a culture that rewards internal promotion.

• High Earning Potential (commission) Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year.
