Job summary

Leafguard is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Minnesota. You’ll work with pre-set warm leads, earn commissions, and participate in a comprehensive 3-week training program.

The role emphasizes customer experience, energetic teamwork, and a path for internal advancement. In this on-site position, you’ll generate leads, attend in-person training and meetings, and enjoy weekly pay with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• You don’t need sales experience; you must be self-motivated, driven, detail oriented, and value the customer experience.

• Energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor is essential for in-person training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads with no cold calling or door-to-door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• Sales reps earn commission; typical annual commission ranges $80,000–$120,000.
• Paid training for 3 weeks with a state-of-the-art program.
• Weekly direct-deposit pay frequency.
