Job summary

LeafGuard is hiring a Sales Representative in Houston, TX. You’ll work with pre-set warm leads, earn commission with potential to exceed six figures, and complete a comprehensive training program.

No prior sales experience is required; success comes from being self-motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. In-person training and ongoing sales meetings are part of the role, with strong opportunities for advancement.

LeafGuard Sales Representatives

• run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking.
• self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High Earning Potential (commission) Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year.
• Paid Training (3 weeks) We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set.
• Pay Frequency Weekly pay through direct deposit.
