Job summary

LeafGuard is seeking a Sales Representative in New Jersey to join a top-ranked remodeling company with strong promotion potential and a culture that values customer experience.

You will start with pre-set warm leads and can self-generate additional opportunities to boost commissions. Training is provided, with weekly direct-deposit pay, and a benefits package including Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and a 401k. Opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

• You don't need to have sales experience; you need to be self-motivated, driven, detail oriented, and someone who understands and values the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High Earning Potential (commission) — Most reps earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission per year.
• Paid Training (3 weeks) with a state-of-the-art program.
• Pay Frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit.
• Benefits package: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Company Swag, and 401k.
• Career Advancement: company promotes from within.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation (Required).
• Current vehicle and vehicle insurance (Required).
