Champion Window is seeking an energetic in-home Sunroom/Window Sales Representative to deliver persuasive in-home presentations and close sales with customers across the Portland area. Leads are provided and training is paid, with an emphasis on relationship-building and consultation-based selling.

Top performers can earn $100,000 to $200,000+ annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and persuade customers in-home sales presentations.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong focus on customer needs and delivering value during presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and build trust with customers.
• Identify customer needs and apply Champion’s proven sales approach.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective customers.
• Attend daily sales meetings and coaching sessions to improve performance.

Champion is seeking experienced sales consultants in the home improvement industry for Sunroom Sales Rep! No experience required for Window Sales Rep.
