LeafGuard is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll work with pre-set warm leads, plus you can self‑generate leads for extra commission, all while enjoying weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

No prior sales experience is required—our training program is designed to build your skills and confidence. The role emphasizes customer experience, energy, teamwork, and ongoing advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.

• In person attendance to all sales training and sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door-to-door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High earning potential (commission): Most reps earn $80,000–$120,000 annually.
• Paid training: 3 weeks in a state-of-the-art program.
• Pay frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit.
