Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills; quick learner and adaptable.
• Must work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings; valid Driver’s License if required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them toward financial solutions.

• Make outbound calls and nurture relationships to close deals.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
