Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including discussions about money.

This position requires comfort with handling hesitation, rejection, and objections, while staying engaged and motivated in a structured, goal-driven

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer conversations.

Job Scope

• making outbound calls

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
