Job summary

Top Turf LLC / Coastal Synthetic Turf in Orlando, FL seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial turf business.

You will meet with qualified leads, assess client needs, present proposals, and close deals, building lasting relationships with homeowners and businesses.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, valid US work authorization, and ability to travel locally are required; base salary plus commissions offered in a fast-moving company.

• Meet with qualified leads at residential and commercial properties

What We're Looking For

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred
• Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Compensation

- Base salary plus sales commissions.
