Top Turf LLC / Coastal Synthetic Turf in Tampa, FL is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will meet with residential and commercial leads, assess needs, and present turf solutions to transform outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Valid U.S. work authorization and local travel are required.

What We're Looking For

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred
• Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Compensation

- Base salary plus sales commissions.
