Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to partner with homeowners, inspecting homes, explaining findings, and closing protection-service deals. You’ll build trust and guide customers toward the best pest-control options while representing Orkin with integrity.

You’ll travel to client homes, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups using a company-provided iPad. Top performers earn 80k–100k in the first year with uncapped commissions and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Sales or account management experience required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (license paid by company).
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders as needed.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and able to multitask in a field-sales role.

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
