Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Logan, WV, to perform full-home inspections and present pest-control solutions that protect homes and families. You’ll build trust, explain findings clearly, and close sales while managing appointments and documentation with a company iPad.

We offer paid training, a strong earning potential with uncapped commissions, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company vehicle. Prior sales or home-inspection experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Sales, account management, home inspection, or project management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
