Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space and to close sales by clearly presenting findings and recommended treatment options.

You’ll manage appointments and documentation on an iPad, work independently, and maximize self-generated opportunities while upholding professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout client interactions.

Minimum Requirements

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
