There are two positions/routes available: Norfolk and Virginia Beach

Description

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for customer service and thrive in a fast paced selling environment.
As a Tri-Cities Beverage Sales Representative you will cultivate and grow account relationships, maximize the sales of our beer and wine brands through effective planning, selling and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls for assigned sales routes. Solicit new business to increase revenue and distribution within route territory.
• 2. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure maximum brand visibility and marketability within accounts by effective displays and current point of sale material.
• 3. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all accounts by presenting to all decision makers with factual sales data and prospecting for new business.
• 4. Merchandise, rotate and stock all products and perform other duties as directed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have reliable transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with at least 3 years of driving history and meet company's approved driver criteria

COMPENSATION

100% commission.

Expected weekly earnings

$850.00+ Earnings are based on individual sales performance and territory development. Employees are paid weekly and have additional earning opportunities through incentive programs offered throughout the year.
