Position Type: Full-time Internal, 100% On-site

Branch Location: Melville, NY

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Position Pay Range: 65k Base Salary + Commissions.

Our Staffing Managers will operate a full-desk, where they will be conducting daily cold calling ( business development) to build a portfolio of clients and also recruit for our clients in the manufacturing industry!   • Effectively sell and recruit through modern media connections

  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
  • Coach and retain talent
  • Market talent to make certain they land the right job
  • Use a combination of approaches that require exceptional documentation
  • Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
  • Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent

What you need to bring:

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, retail, hospitality industry, customer service roles or related industries.
  • Experience in previous role cold calling desired but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past

  • Ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
