We’re expanding into B2B and B2C sales — and we’re looking for a driven sales professional to lead this charge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential B2B clients: hospitality, real estate, design firms
• Present Ray Volta’s product line with professionalism and aesthetic insight
• Close bulk or repeat lighting orders through clear communication and follow-up
• Maintain basic reporting on leads, calls, and closed deals
• Collaborate with the Ray Volta team to provide feedback from the market

Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C sales — ideally in interior design, lighting, furniture, or hospitality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively manage your sales pipeline

Familiarity with U.S. market expectations and client needs

Bonus: Existing book of clients or network in hospitality or real estate

Compensation & Growth:

• Commission-Based: 8%–15% per sale (tiered based on volume)
• Performance-Based Equity Opportunity: After 12 months, equity shares may be offered for hitting KPI targets (e.g., revenue milestones, account growth)
