Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across commercial, industrial, and government sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, project managers, and procurement teams
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project assessments to gather requirements
  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and operations staff to develop project proposals and bids
  • Track sales pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reporting
  • Represent BA Solutions professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial/industrial construction space
  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycles
  • Proven track record of sales success in a consultative or technical sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a flexible schedule based on goals and pay structure
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Reliable vehicle required; mileage reimbursement or car allowance provided
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
