Job summary

Massanutten Resort in Virginia is expanding its sales team and seeks a Vacation Owner Specialist to engage guests, present the resort's offerings, and drive on-site sales during pre-scheduled tours.

You will earn a base pay plus commissions, with unlimited commission potential and an ESOP-backed incentive plan. The role involves face-to-face presentations, exceptional customer service, and hitting monthly sales targets in a day-shift, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Have reliable transportation as you will be showing customers around the resort.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Complete sale paperwork.
• Engage with customers by showing them and driving them around the resort while explaining the product being sold.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Conduct face-to-face presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
