Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Lufkin is seeking results-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will run appointments, visit locations, build detailed proposals, negotiate and close sales, and manage orders while supporting displays at local big box stores.

Join Texas''s largest residential generator installer with nationwide expansion; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 per year, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational abilities.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Must have valid TDL, good driving record, pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations to assess needs and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide required documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and capture leads.
• Follow up on older leads and maintain relationships for future sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within schedule.
• Report to HQ as needed throughout the week.

Job Description

Generator Supercenter of Lufkin is looking for results-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.
