Job summary

Optavise is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will help employees understand and enroll in supplemental health and life insurance benefits offered through their workplace.

No prior insurance experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities include educating employees on available options, conducting enrollments onsite or virtual, helping select coverage, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups.
