Job summary

Orkin in Kings Mills, OH is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to inspect homes from attic to crawl space, explain findings clearly, and present the best treatment options. You’ll manage appointments, follow-ups, and close sales with the support of a trusted brand and award-winning training.

Qualifications

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required
• Love meeting new people and helping solve real problems
• Are confident, competitive, and goal-driven
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
