Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to conduct comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space and to build trust with homeowners. You will explain findings clearly and present the best treatment options, aiming to close sales while delivering protection and long-term value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort climbing ladders and accessing crawl spaces.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
