Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a B2B Sales professional for inside and outside roles in the Kent, WA area. You will build and maintain customer relationships, prospect new accounts, and collaborate with a team to hit shared sales goals.

You’ll conduct on-site visits and product demos, learn Grimco's product portfolio, and identify opportunities to help customers grow with new products and solutions. A driven, learner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and connect with customers over the phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling.
• Prospecting and developing new accounts while growing existing ones.
• Collaborating with your team on shared sales goals; this is a team-based environment.
• Conducting on-site visits and product demos when it makes sense for the customer.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SALES ORIENTATION - ST. LOUIS, MO

• Opportunity to attend Grimco's Training & Development Sales Orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Hills, MO!
• Focused Training time consisting of a mix of one-on-one training, virtual training, and shadowing.
• Training focuses on Grimco's products, systems, phones/customers, sales/service, purchasing, logistics, web store, marketing, safety, accounting, human resources, and reports.
• Split between break-out sessions and hands-on learning environment.
• Training period fully paid. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco's National Travel Policy.

Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available. Medical premiums have remained unchanged for more than 18 years, costing only $16.50/biweekly paycheck for employee only coverage.
